On-Boarding Follow-Up Report
In order to help facilitate the timely processing of Graduate Student appointments, the Office of Graduate Studies is partnering with Human Resource Management to provide additional information and points of contact for students. This should help to prevent any delays in pay or benefits such as health insurance coverage. This report runs every day to help us keep tabs on when students need to take action.
Please note on the report:
The “Last completed activity” and “Last completed activity date” columns indicate the last activity completed by either the system or the student and the date that action happened, respectively.
- If the last completed activity says “Onboard Start”, the on-boarding email notification was sent to the student but there has been no action by the student.
- The date listed is the day the email was sent.
- If the last completed activity says anything else, the student has logged in and begun the on-boarding process but at least one component was left incomplete.
- The date listed is the date the student last touched it (NOT necessarily the date they received the email notification).
*** Either way: the student must go to www.onboarding.ku.edu and log in using their KU email address to finish their on-boarding steps. ***
