Randy Masten is a retired Army Foreign Area Officer (FAO) and the Assistant Director in the Office of Graduate Military Programs. A former instructor at the Fort Leavenworth Command and General Staff College, Randy has an MA in Russian & Eastern European Studies from KU and master's degree in Military History from the CGSC. He is currently a doctoral candidate in History at KU.
