Peter K. Stewart, PhD

Peter K. Stewart, PhD, is an experienced business psychologist specializing in leadership consulting, coaching, and training. 

Over the last 15 years, with his unique blend of insightful psychological and business perspectives, Peter has helped hundreds of individuals in diverse settings and professional positions achieve success in their personal growth and leadership development. He helps them conceptualize and understand their role in complex organizational systems through practical, and common-sense direction with a clear plan for action. 

After completing his graduate studies, Peter ran a group practice for several years, as well as being an adjunct professor at Washington State University before building Stewart Leadership, a global leadership, team, and organizational consulting and coaching firm. He is an active researcher, trainer, author, and speaker.  He has published many articles and studies in Forbes and peer-reviewed journals, presented at national conferences, is co-host of the Leadership Growth Podcast, and participated in the development, standardization, and psychometric analysis of multiple assessment instruments. 

Peter resides in Washington State with his wife, Michelle, and their 4 sons.
